How to I fix my Download/Upload Ratio quickly?

I thought that by seeding what I downloaded would be effective but it wasnt, now I am having trouble downloading new material because of my ratio being messed up. What is the fastest way to fix this problem?

The fastest way (without spending money) is to upload your own torrent, first making sure it is not a duplicate.
If it is your first time you can also claim 600 bonus points which will 'buy' 10GB of upload.
Other ways are to download freeleech torrents that have plenty of leechers (but only if you want the movie and there is plenty of freeleech time left). And leave your torrent client running with your downloaded files seeding.
