Can't take advantage of First Upload Bonus because of takedown

So I am aware that new users who upload can claim a first upload bonus if they PM the staff responsible for the program 24 hours after it has gone live and has at least five seeders. I waited to PM for these reasons, but before I could do so I got a notice that my upload was taken down with a DMCA notice from the copyright owner. Please note, it was NOT taken down because it was a copy of another file. I have uploaded another file that remains, should I consider that one my first upload now? Am I just out of luck?

Your uploaded torrent is still there, but not seeded. So if you don't seed it, it will be deleted after 3 days.
If you start seeding it and complete the initial upload and fulfil the other conditions of the First Time Upload Program, it will be eligible for the bonus.
If you need help to get it seeded, write the Helpdesk.
