Hello guys,
I have a medical problem,which is widely known and that's-internal hemorrhoids.I discovered them last months while doing an enema and I kind of freaked out.They seem to be grade I ,no bleeding,no swollen things,just a bit of discomfort from time to time.
I decided to begging the treatment with suppositories,I started to eat healthier(a lot of fibers,vegetables,fruits ,I drink a lot of water) and I did not have anal sex as a bottom since May ,but today when I made an enema to check the improvement…surprise,no ...

I too have the very same problem… What I've found works wonders is the Anusol cream instead of the suppository. It sometimes takes a few days, but I've found that it definitely does work.

I also have hemorrhoids. Well just one to be exact. I guess mine is a bit different than yours though because I'm able to control it with healthy eating lots of water drinking. Every now and then though, mine comes and rears its ugly head. Its not incredibly uncomfortable, but it does prevent me from bottoming and wiping after taking a dump is annoying as hell.
If you arent able to keep yours under wraps, I would see your doctor, and ask about possible topical creams.

I don't know if you do it, but when you go poop don't make force to put it out. Every time you do that you make pressure on the hemorrhoids and consequently could make them bigger. Try to see a doctor, there is some creams that can help you a lot.

If they are so big you can ask your doctor to have them removed surgically. In Italy it was the main cure for years before doctors decided to reduce at the minimum the numbers of surgical operation… tonsils where asported, not treated with antibiotics... my father had some hemorrhoids operated when he was young.
