What do you eat to go to the gym . I want to change my fat into lean mass, but do not know if I should take a supplement or eat something specific. What do you guys do?

Personally, I like to have a handful of raw almonds before entering the gym. If for some reason I'm there longer than an hour, I'll have a banana. I like to keep things as simple and natural as possible.

Its hard to lose fat and to gain muscles at the same time, so a recommend you to try first to lose some fat. You can take some thermogenic, you could buy some or use natural things like ginger, cinnamon and pepper. If you use a natural thermogenic take it when you wake up. Before the gym you could take some caffeine and sweet potatoes, after you could eat a banana and eat something with protein. A good thing to after the gym is to have lunch or dinner, depending the hour you go there.

If natural you mean not drugs, then thermogenic and proteins are simply extract from herbs or foods (pure protein for example is normally extracted from milk and eggs). I take some protein shake after the gym and my dietist said it's ok.
I'm doing both the things, cutting the fat and build muscles, because building muscles aid to lose weight, but muscles are build at max when you eat a lot (see bodybuilders that when not on contest are in some case almost fat), so the progress is not the same… you must have also good genes (there are bodybuilders that have a 6-10% of bodyfat all years, blessed by nature with high metabolism and fast mass growth...), wich I don't have, so I'm trying hard to follow the diet and workout according what my PTs say.
