        if all you want to do is loose fat (building muscles and burning fat simultaneously is tricky, since building requires excess energy to build from, and burning requires deficit so that the body will turn fat storage in to energy instead) i would recommend googling for a good BMR calculator (try a couple ones and compare the result to get a good average) and then subtracting about 500 kcal from that. with a deficit of 500 kcal/day you will loose about 1 pound/week which is the rate recommended to avoid burning muscle tissue and such. it takes patience but worked like a charm for me 🙂

          According to my Jawbone, the minimum amount of steps a day is 5000 (which is 2 miles) and a good amount is 10000 (4 miles). For me personally to lose weight, I make sure that I try to meet that 4 mile goal everyday.

            It's not so hard if you do 7 min exercises everyday. It tones your muscles and burns fat so fast b/c accelarates your metabolism. If u never heard of it, google is your friend.

                    If you want to become slimmer in just one week, sorry to break your bubble.

                    Even if you managed to do that, the rebound will be so hard you'll get even more fatter.

                    You have to lose weight gradually like .5lbs per week.

                    If you want to do it done w/o weights, use your own body weight and also consider diet.  What you eat is an important part of the equation.
