      I'm trying to sleep at 9 every night but harder to fall asleep cause I'm not tired

        2. do pranayam

            Dont watch tv, use phone, or computer for at least an hour before you want to go to sleep. This allows your brain to slow down and get ready. If must use pc, or phone I recommend getting flux its an app that removes some of the blue light from your screen. In that free time take a bath, read a book, or w.e relaxes you.

                Using a computer or phone won't work for me, computer makes me use internet and do lots like surfing or watching porn and phone makes me use instagram or apps…

                  Wake up early for one day; say 6 AM.  Then do some sort of exercise during the day and eat well.  Stop staring at any screens once it gets dark outside.  Those tips helped me become a morning person.

                  Also consider a sleeping pill for a week to get you into the routine, just make sure you still get up at 6 no matter how exhausted you are at first, a shower or workout will wake you up.

                    It's hard to not use technology lol but this has been working the last two days thanks for the advice

                      Valerian and melatonin can ease the sleep after some time (1-2h). I understand however, because I'm too using the computer till late and sometime it's hard to sleep afterward…
                      In some case masturbation is not a good choice... one night I masturbated all night... it kept me awake instead (I couldn't stop to watch what I was watching  ;D
