What to do with the extra seed bonus points after becoming a power user?

I am near being a power user, and I want to be smarter this time, especially with my seed points. And from my previous posts there are at least 3 uses for the seed bonus points: gifting, freeleeching and exchanging for upload points.For now, I won't be able to gift them yet until I get used on having a positive inflow of seed points against my downloads. So my question is, which is better, use my seed points freeleeching the torrents I want to download, or save them to exchange for upload points with the best rate (600 SP for 10GB)?

First, one other use - buying an invite for a friend - but it's quite expensive at 250 points.
With your stats, I don't think you need worry about adding upload now.
I would keep some for saying thank you. Unless you have requested a post, 10-20 points for a good torrent is acceptable (IMO). Maybe more if it is something special. Although many seeders (me) are quite happy if downloaders just say thanks.
Freeleech is good if you are going to download the torrent. Not only does it not reduce your ratio but it helps other people, especially those who need to increase their ratio. I like finding a good movie, making it freeleech and you will see people flock to it. So you should get some upload and will have spread a little happiness.
I tend not to give seed bonus for older ones I make freeleech because I don't know whether the original uploader is still around to get them. And I don't know what happens to the points if the uploader has disappeared. I did ask once but can't remember what (if any) the answer was.
And don't forget all the little things to keep your points topped up: adding pictures, posting in the forum, keeping your connection open.

Initially to get your ratio up, I would recommend exchanging your SBP in increments of 600 SBP (best value) for upload credit. Once you build your ratio up enough, I would be inclined to use them for other things such as helping out members who upload the torrents that you download that you really like. If all else fails, you can always let your SBP accumulate over time so that if you're ever in a pinch because you went on a downloading binge, you can help offset that.
Alternatively as you mentioned, you can also make torrents FL. This can be particularly helpful in a number of ways once you have built your ratio up. For one thing, you can use this advantage to be able to snatch a torrent that is near death because it's not being seeded, download it, then keep seeding it and make it FL to give other users incentive to download the torrent. This both helps to keep older torrents going and it also gives you an added advantage of being able to improve your ratio indirectly with SBP. If you play it smart, it really is a win-win situation.

Also, though not always mentioned by the TPTB, your extra seed bonus points can be converted into pleasures of a more carnal nature, if you are so inclined.
There are a few of us around here who are receptive to suggestion in exchange for a little seed (be it bonus seed points or the seed so many spill inspecting the latest torrents).
You will find my rates are very fair even for the most economical minded. I've been quite open about the fact for just 5 seed points I will jerk off in a bush and let you listen and for just 50 seed points I will come and entertain you & a smallish group of your choosing with the national dance of my people.
