      Previously my ratio fell to 0.343, slightly below 0.35 required. I left the account inactive for a while (almost a month) thus my download rights got taken. Now, I just traded 600 seedbonus points for 10 GB of upload. My ratio is now 0.952. However the orange banner is still seen telling me my download rights are taken. Is there anything else I need to do? E.g. clear cookies?

        No, you need just to wait up-to 15 minutes. Rights management is made by the system in 15 minutes cycles.

          Hello, my name is Igor.
          I haven´t logged in for a long time since I got a profile here. Plus I didn´t even upload any file to this day.
          So my rights were taken.
          To solve this problem I uploaded 3 files but nothing happened - neither mi ratio changed nor my rights were given me back. All I got is that the system shows I have 0.3 bonus now.
          Could anyone please explain how it works and what else I can do?

            Basically you did everything right and just had to be a little bit more patient so your upload starts and is registered.

              Do I actually have to upload content for my ratio to move above 0? I'm seeding both of the torrents that I downloaded. Is that not enough to raise my ratio? I'm confused. I don't have any new content to upload. So is my ration just stuck at 0?

                Yes, you have to upload data to raise your upload.

                The other indirect way is to collect Seed Bonus Points and exchange them against upload credit to your account's statistics.

                  For each torrent you completely download make sure you go to the detail page and vote on the categories as that will give you two seed points

                  To find the ones you have downloaded but not voted on. Click on search, then click on "Show torrents not yet voted" as it will list all the torrents you can vote on.

                  Seeding a torrent once you have downloaded a torrent is also uploading that torrent and counts (I believe) in your UL amount. But keep in mind your UL will not raise as faster as your DL that way.

                  Yoou can also upload photos to torrents that the system allows to gather more seed points which can be used to purchase UL traffic

                    Hi,

                    I received my seed bonus credit for doing my first upload, and I applied that and my ratio is up to 1.904, this was hours ago. about 5 or 6 and my download rights have still not been restored, am I missing something, or did I do something wrong.

                    I've logged out and refreshed a few times over the course of the last few hours and the orange box is still there.

                      I would submit a helpdesk ticket and or ask in the IRC chat. It should only take 15 minutes
