I saw a news about thus guy that has diphalia (Wiki: is a rare medical condition in which a male is born with two penises), and, first, like any body dephormations, I tought it would be weird. I guess, even when both of those are functional, I don't think the pleasure will be doubled unless he also has 2 man juice factories.
