What happen to "Most popular Torrents" feature in the Home page?
Looks like it died..
I observe it in this past two days, and it hasn't changed or updated (like it used to be) since the system glitch happened few days ago…
or I'm the only one who see it that way... ??? ::) ???
UPDATE: Adding a screenshot

per response in Helpdesk and chat:
"The popularity is based on seeder and leecher numbers, where the leechers count " times. Popularity = Seeder + (Leecher*3) For the update, I'm not sure, but would say every minute, because the page is cached for a minute and the tracker updates each 30 seconds. Anyway those torrents should not change frequently."

:thx:
..but would say every minute, because the page is cached for a minute and the tracker updates each 30 seconds. Anyway those torrents should not change frequently."
I afraid I'm not really understand with "update every minute" with "should not change frequently". ??? :crazy2: (Sorry, maybe because my bad English ;D)
Anyway, I've been here about 2 months and that feature is a good place for hunting good torrents and the newest and the most demanded torrents. As long as I remembered, the list always, like 5 minutes updated, or every time I visited the home page, the list is different, even though with mostly its same torrent, but it used to have some differences, new in, old out, advanced to top 10 or fall to the bottom.
Now, since the "Out of Memory" things, that list has changed at all.
For, example, No.1 Seed Stepfather's Secret Parts 1 to 4

while the torrent page shows…

I totally understand and agree. However, that is the best answer I have atm from my 'supervisor'. Perhaps Auryk will be able to get a more satisfactory answer by 'putting in a ticket with more techie-ish staff'

Yeah, I talk to him earlier today. Hope this problem could be fixed soon.

Indeed it looks the list is disconnected from the data base. That is something Joker needs to look at, I can only PM him.
Regarding the theoretical updates (once that list is connected to the data base):
The tracker updates the site each 30 seconds (and the site the tracker with new torrents). The tracker updates with the reports (announces) received the last 30 seconds. The torrent clients should update the tracker each 30 minutes for a torrent, each torrent running on it's own cycle. There are events when the client updates out of the cycle: starting, stopping, completing and manual update.
On the other hand, there should be no sudden total change in that list, most torrents will keep their position as they are just seeded by the many members having completed them and only slowly dropping of.
