That's the sad part. There aren't many people out there with the balls to actually go through with such things. There really needs to be more of them to make a further demonstration to society.

      T

I really appreciated Tina Fey's response to this outrage
(she is the Executive Producer on his show "30 Rock"):

I'm glad to hear that Tracy apologized for his comments.
Stand-up comics may have the right to "work out" their material in its ugliest and rawest form in front of an audience,
but the violent imagery of Tracy's rant was disturbing to me at a time when homophobic hate crimes continue
to be a life-threatening issue for the GLBT Community.

It also doesn't line up with the Tracy Morgan I know, who is not a hateful man and
is generally much too sleepy and self-centered to ever hurt another person.

I hope for his sake that Tracy's apology will be accepted as sincere by his gay and lesbian coworkers at "30 Rock",
without whom Tracy would not have lines to say, clothes to wear, sets to stand on, scene partners to act with,
or a printed-out paycheck from accounting to put in his pocket.

Note particularly her characterization of Morgan as "sleepy and self-centered"

This is why I have always been opposed to Obama ignoring ENDA and only going after repealing DADT.

Why help less than 10,000 people (DADT), when you could be helping millions (ENDA)?!   ENDA has been around for 41 years now {under 4 different names} and it's never been able to get passed in Congress, despite the vast majority of Americans have supported it for years.

Hmmm i can't relate much, because I've never been to one.  However, i can see why it would be important to have some friends or a place to air out common concerns.  I wish these things won't happen, because I feel like the world is going to ___ in a handcart.

CIS has not publicly released the written guidance they received from the general counsel at DHS and Bentley said the agency would not do so because it was “privileged” attorney-client information.

A government lawyer works for the people, not certain individuals within the government.

Also, what happened to Obama's promise of having a transparent government?!  I guess that was another of his lies.

I thought it was still against the law for catholics to be PM.  Elizabeth I passed that law, but things seemed to have changed over the years.

      hXXp://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_you_have_a_Roman_Catholic_Prime_Minister_of_Great_Britain

There is no legal mechanism in place for a non protestant to be PM, which would cause a "constitutional" crisis situation.

      hXXp://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/3746398.stm

Even Tony Blair thought that catholics can't be PM of the UK.

Disraeli was born a jew, but converted to CoE at the age of 12.

The monarch can not be or marry a catholic.

Not the entire healthcare system. There are definitely advantages to having universal healthcare when you've suddenly found yourself trapped in your car on the highway pinned between a concrete cross-over barrier and a transport truck. The only "issue" that I have with the Canadian healthcare system is the healthcare within my region of the province that I'm in. Once I step outside the region into another county, I've always had excellent experiences… It just seems to be within the general area that I live where it sucks donkey balls.
