NOTE that in QTM, when you click on Category, there's supposed to be a dropdown list of categories.

If it's blank, exit the program, then go to your antivirus (etc.) software, and include the "QuickTorrentMaker.exe" program in the list of ignored programs.

I did that, and got the category dropdown list to show again.

可能您的杀菌软件包括了QTM… 试试不要包括QTM就可以了

貌似现在都用app交友，不过感觉国外的质量明显好很多

个人认为多半是 DNS 的问题，换一个 DNS，如 8.8.8.8 等试试。
如果不行，可以尝试使用 Proxy 负责域名解析，如果你用的是 μTorrent，在 Network->Proxy Server 那里可以选择仅 Use proxy for hostname lookups。
