Wonka could invite guys to his factory with candy, and show them the "Hershey Highway". The contract at the beginning of the movie could say something like "I swear or affirm that I am 18 years older. I will do anything Mr. Wonka says and allow him to film it".

More than a month now and it seems like no one know who he is.
