Hi all, just wanted to share my recent negative experience with the website and see if anyone was facing a similar situation.
I decided to buy a video off the website a couple of weeks back, and when the download link was provided to me (off a third party download site), I encountered error messages like the link had expired, or I was not authorised. I emailed the company asking them to send another link which to their credit, they did. However the correspondence was not the friendliest - at one point the person claimed "literally hundreds of others have downloaded the video with no problems". After two more (failed) links, they just refused to send me anymore help. Basically donated over $25 to the company. Another friend of mine recently just had the exact same problem with his video download link, and also had the same snarky comment about "hundreds others not having an issue". He, too, did not manage to get the video in the end.
Now I've seen the quality of MBW videos and I continue to be a big fan. Just wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue as I did, and how they went about solving it? If it's a big enough issue, hopefully the producer would note it and change something so that its fans can properly enjoy the products they paid money for, instead of throwing more money down the drain.
