I am a newbie to this, and by that I mean completely new to the concept of torrenting...so please don’t judge my stupid questions too harshly...but before questions, this is me

Now my first stupid question, I cannot create torrent files on my iPhone, can I? (My computer is not with me atm)

Could I get in trouble for downloading a torrent? Should I do it with a VPN ?

I am having trouble with the whole seeding concept...is like allowing my file to be downloaded and shared through other members?

I hope I’m not being annoying by asking so much info on my intro...
