I would suggest getting a seed box. I have mine set that it uploads to a ratio of 1.25 and then shuts the torrent off. Then I delete those torrents from my seed box.

I use Video Thumbnails Maker and it works really well. It's free but it puts a watermark in one the boxes but that's no big deal.
