However you can do the ff:
Try to rename the file w/o any symbol[copy the original name first before doing this in case of error]
or rename/delete [.iso] extension file that is accepted [zip file/rar file are no longer allowed]
IMPORTANT !!! ... remember this is a critical task so make a copy/back up first in case there will be an error from renaming ...
and make a note from the original file [name] to avoid any other confusion ...
If the system rejected this process ...
make a folder and insert the original .iso file/data [name] and try again ...
Lastly try to extract the file [this works and common issues] and do not altered or renaming [VIDEO_TS] folder ...
Then you can submit ...
