Aren't the AYM videos staged?

The really clear stuff where you see the same "Marines" over and over again is staged. In one of the segments of a guy showering in the blue-tiled shower room, you can even hear the cameraman giving the guy directions on what to do. However, there's "genuine" hidden camera footage in many of the videos (e.g. Poker in the Rear, Manitoba Mule Team, Jump Boots, Liquor in the Front, Wet Area). The faces are sometimes blurred, or "Angry Young Man" with a number appears in the top right corner during those sections, and the video quality is often lower. Some of the old Dan Franco stuff is in there, including shower scenes from "Straight Off the Mat: The Steam" and from the same shower room (Mesa College in San Diego) as "No Cleats Beyond This Point".

The producer gets away with it by a cleverly-worded 2257 warning. A new version of the AYM website was supposed to go live in "late July" but hasn't. I don't know why he/they would bother, since all of the videos can be found online for free, and in spite of their overdramatic copyright warnings, they know very well that they can't sue anyone because of the "genuine" (read: illegal) footage in the videos. They purportedly have records on file for the "Marines" who are paid for the staged stuff, and probably assume that would be sufficient in case of an investigation, and that no one would go through the entire collection of videos and point out the many men in the genuine footage for whom there are obviously no records.
