I'd really appreciate your help here.
I've been here for quite a while and had never ratio problems.
On Sunday afternoon I proved my account, status: 12,65 GB on the plus side and ration was okay with 0.57. it meant I could download 12GB until I reach thhe minimum ratio of 0.55.
Later, that same evening I got a warning. I must upload exactly 12,65 GB to reach the minimum ratio of 0.6!!
I tried to find help over helpdesk, but even after four days no answer.
I always stuck to the rules here, and now it seems very unfair.
My PC is okay, no viruses or changes in my profile.
Thanks very much for your advice. Otherwise  I don't see how I can earn 12GBin just 20 days.
