Adam Champ, Luke Garrett, and Vince Ferelli are a few of my favorite ones. Also really like John Blatz from pumpingmuscle although he's not really a pornstar.

I've definitely seen some videos here and there where the dude gets really turned on looking at himself in the mirror and touching himself, most especially guys in Musclehunks and Powermen. Such a shame those sites have stopped updating, most of  their videos were really awesome.
