Stormy Glenn is absolutely one of my favorite authors.  I can't say I like all her theme's, but her writing is great.  She builds characters and plots and adds some funny comments which make you chuckle.

First let me say thank you for this Book area.  I am an avid reader and gay romance is my absolute favorite.

As for the type of book I like, it depends on my mood that day. lol

I'm with Noughty on a lot of the same things.  I like werewolf and vampire, but mainly because of the alpha male role in the story.  I also like some BDSM for the same reason.

However on other days I like simple real life stories.  My favorite is with families/kids and first time/gay for you type.

I also like series.  I love when the same characters are in the book facing new challenges.  Then there's days I want a book that will make me laugh out loud.

Again, like Noughty, as long as its well written I will enjoy it.  I have found a few authors I just can't read anymore, because the story is written with no feeling, and the book just ends, as if someone cut it off without finishing.  So I don't read those authors anymore.

I have a feeling Noughty and I like the same types of books. lol  I was going to post some suggestions that I had categorized for leatherbear and cumeaternc, but what I have may not be what they are looking for.

leatherbear - when you say sci-fi/fantasy, do you mean futuristic, space, otherworld?  or is werewolf/vampire ok?  Or are you simply looking for any book where being gay is as accepted as anything else.  There is a list that someone created on goodreads, and if you see anything you like on the list, I'm sure Noughty or I or someone can find it.  Here's their list hppp://www.goodreads.com/list/show/4343.Best_Science_Fiction_Books_with_Gay_Main_Characters.

Noughty - I have a few that I think you would like.  I may have liked them more because I just read 5 books that were really bad, and finally got a good one (which happens a lot lol).

I'm going to try again to create a torrent on some of these, but haven't had much success.
