Some factory apps are definitely junk !
But I have never done it, the security risk is not worth the risk for me :
android has never been designed as a secure os ….
only in the recent year the devs are starting to implement some countermeasures into the stacks
there are plenty of vulnerability only exploitable over rooted devices :blind:
