pero entonces que tengo que hacer? dejar la computadora encendida las 24 horas?

ese fue de los primeros, en donde que quitaron la auto aprovacion y me pusieron por segunda vez la advertencia, ya me habian puesto una pero elimine el torrent, lo volvi a subir y me la quitaron pero por ese mismo me lo volvieron a poner debido a que pasaba lo mismo que la descarga se quedaba al 79% pero yo lo subi y no tuve ningun problema.

MULTIPLE TIMES you have uploaded torrents… then either not seeded them to completion, or DELETING THEM, prior to you finishing seeding them (members wasted download ratio on your uploads, since you wouldn't allow them to completely download your video). This has created anguish and chaos to our members.

In addition, you have ignored staff messages, as well as staff comments on your torrents, AND you seem incapable of knowing HOW TO SIMPLY START SEEDING YOUR TORRENTS AGAIN, when requested.

agradecería mucho si alguien me pudiera ayudar

tengo un problema y es que al intentar buscar algo me dice esto "You have a warned Profile, so you're not allowed to browse.
To Fix this contact a moderador", lo poco que entendí porque me contestaban en ingles es algo sobre que el torrent que subía no se descargaba, se quedaba al 79% y que realizara algo de resabida, pero no se como hacer eso, y el torrent a mi me aparecía que se había cargado por completo.
el moderador me dijo que exponiera aquí el problema por si alguien me podía ayudar, hasta que solucione eso no podre descargar nada.
