@ludenner If it's not you in the torrents, then it is subject to DMCA enforcement. Not being a professional doesn't mean you're not in the right to have your content protected from piracy. You can act on your own behalf or have a company do that for you instead.
For instance, when you join a platform as a partner, such as PornHub Community, Onlyfans, Cam4 and so on, they are entitled to act on your behalf regarding to DMCA enforcement, and they have various companies specialized in the matter doing it on their behalf.
You might find amateur and even professional videos on platforms such as pornhub, xvideos, xhamster, etc. Try downloading such videos and upload them in here... You'll see that some of it will get deleted real quick. Those sites have different agreements with various of those distributors that allow them to have copyrighted material legally by paying royalties based on viewership.
Long story short, there's nothing YOU can do. What GayTorrent can do (and it does) is require that filed DMCA complaints prove a torrent is copyrighted and that they are in fact entitled to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
And a friendly reminder: If you have so many of your torrents deleted due to DMCA you will be restricted from uploading anything for 3 months, be careful.
