No… Once a .torrent file is created for an upload, the contents of the torrent cannot be modified, added to, or deleted. If you have made an error however, I can arrange to have the original torrent setup to be pending removal so that you can effectively replace the torrent, unless there are 3 or more videos, in which case, you can upload the whole collection as a new torrent no problem. 🙂
