RE: Judge bans {gay} man with low IQ from having sex
This must not be legal to do to anyone IMHO. This could not possibly stand after an appeal process and if it does this sends a scary message!!

RE: Reports say man confessed to Ugandan gay activist murder
Ugandan police say David Kato was killed over sex payment
Ugandan police have claimed that gay rights campaigner David Kato was killed by a man he had arranged to pay for sex.
Mr Kato, who was recently outed by a newspaper, was beaten to death with a hammer at his home last week.
His fellow activists said they feared he had been killed in a homophobic attack and urged police to investigate his death fully.
Police first said he had been killed in a robbery but yesterday they claimed that he was attacked by a a man he knew.
Enock Nsubuga, who was described by police as a “well-known thief”, was arrested this week at his girlfriend’s house.
Police say that Mr Kato bailed Mr Nsubuga out of prison in late January and that the suspect had been staying at his house.
Inspector General Kale Kayihura, told reporters yesterday: “According to the suspect he negotiated with the deceased to be paid money as he was to be used as a sexual partner.”
He added that Mr Kato refused to pay the money after the pair had sex.
“The following day Nsubuga confesses that he picked a hammer from the bathroom and hit him on the head,” Kayihura claimed.
“There is nothing concrete to suggest that Nsubuga was motivated by hate, although we are not dismissing it.”
Mr Kato had received death threats after successfully suing a newspaper for publishing his name, address and photo in an anti-gay campaign.
He was buried last week, although his funeral was disrupted when the pastor began urging gays to repent.

Reports say man confessed to Ugandan gay activist murder
by PinkNews.co.uk Staff Writer
A man has reportedly confessed to killing Ugandan gay rights campaigner David Kato.
The campaigner was killed in his home last week and local police said today that a man had admitted to killing him in a “personal disagreement”.
Police spokesman Vincent Ssetake told Reuters.”The prime suspect, Nsubuga Enock, was arrested today at around 4pm when he went to visit his girlfriend.
“He has confessed to the murder. It wasn’t a robbery and it wasn’t because Kato was an activist. It was a personal disagreement but I can’t say more than that.”
Mr Enock is to appear in court this evening. He had been staying with Mr Kato after the activist paid his bail for theft offences.
Mr Kato’s driver was also arrested and it is not clear if he has been released.
Gay rights campaigners in Uganda are calling for a full investigation to uncover the motive for the murder.
They fear Mr Kato was killed because of his sexuality.
He had received death threats after successfully suing a newspaper for publishing his name, address and photo in an anti-gay campaign.
He was buried last week.

Man says Parkinson’s drug turned him into gay sex addict
by PinkNews.co.uk Staff Writer
A French man is suing pharmaceuticals giant Glaxo because he claims that a drug used to treat his Parkinson’s disease turned him into a gay sex addict.
Didier Jambart, a married father from Nantes, began taking Requip in 2003 but says his behaviour changed dramatically as a result.
His lawyers say he became addicted to gay sex and indulged in risky behavior which led to him being raped.
He is also said to have started cross-dressing, exposing himself on the internet and gambling.
Mr Jambart says his behaviour led to him losing the family’s savings and attempting suicide three times.
He stopped taking the drug in 2005 and his behaviour returned to normal.
However, he says that his addictions caused him psychological trauma and he was demoted at work.
He is seeking damages from Glaxo and from his neurologist, who he says did not warn him about the drug’s side effects.
Requip and other Parkinson’s drugs have been linked to obsessive and addictive behaviours before.
In November, Pete Shepherd, a former councillor from Hull, said he had become a gambling, sex-addicted cross dresser after taking Cabergoline for symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
He spent £400,000 on a luxury lifestyle and received a conditional discharge for a £45,000 eBay fraud in 2009 after a judge ruled that the drug had affected his ability to tell right from wrong.
Mr Shepherd stopped taking Cabergoline in 2008 and says his behaviour has returned to normal.

Cabin crew reveal most unusual customer requests
Bemused flyers board aeroplanes expecting to find McDonald's restaurants and massage parlours on board, cabin crew have revealed.

Some passengers fail to understand why they are prevented from opening the window, while others would like the engines to be "turned down" to reduce the noise.
The foolish and sometimes bizarre questions asked of flight attendants were disclosed after 3,000 Virgin Atlantic cabin crew members listed the most unusual customer requests they had experienced.
Among the most common queries was "Please can you open the window?", from uncomfortable passengers who had failed to appreciate the benefits of a pressurized cabin at 35,000 feet.
Other unique questions fielded by Virgin staff included "Could you turn the engines down because they are too noisy?" and "Please can the Captain stop the turbulence?"
The survey of 3,000 cabin crew also laid bare the level of comfort and service some customers expect, with several asking flight attendants "Can you show me to the showers?"
One crew member was asked to book a massage for a Barbie doll, while flight attendants were also asked to help a customer locate a missing glass eye.
Other customers, who may have overestimated the amount of space on their aircraft, asked: "Can you take my children to the playroom?" and "Is there a McDonald’s onboard?".
Caroline Lynam, customer relations manager at Virgin Atlantic, said: “Virgin Atlantic crew will always go that extra mile to offer our customers the best possible service but there are some requests that even we find somewhat challenging."

Popular chicken chain under fire for anti-gay marriage donations
By Liz Goodwin
Fans of the addictive sandwiches of Chick-fil-A who also support gay marriage are facing a dilemma: Should one follow the dictates of the stomach or the conscience?
The privately owned chain, famous for closing on Sundays in deference to its founder's evangelical Christian values, donates to many Christian causes, scholarships, and organizations through its charitable arm.
But when a Pennsylvania restaurant donated sandwiches and brownies to a Harrisburg meeting of The Pennsylvania Family Group, a group that works to outlaw gay marriage, pro-gay marriage bloggers and gay rights organizations went on the offensive. The news quickly trickled into the mainstream. Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton wrote about it, and so did the food blog Grub Street, with the headline "Chick-fil-A is anti-gay."
President Dan Cathy posted a video response to the company's Facebook page in early January, no doubt hoping to quell the controversy. "Chick-fil-A serves all people and values all people," Cathy said, adding that the donation did not serve as a political endorsement. UPDATE: Cathy now says Chick-fil-A will no longer donate to any organizations that take a political stand on marriage.
Thousands of people chimed in on Chick-fil-A's Facebook page, many of whom said they would support the chain even more because of the donation and the controversy around it.
"You have nothing to expain to your customers, we support your family values, and know that you mean no ill-will to those with other opinions," John Joyner wrote.
Others wrote that they would give up their favorite chicken with heavy hearts.
"I've eaten and loved chick all my life. I am sad that me and my entire family must denounce the Chick until you publicly apologize and make an equal and opposite donation to the Human Rights Campaign or other civil rights group," Rob Augino commented.
Some people wrestling between their stomachs and their beliefs painted their sacrifice in grandiose terms. "Never again will I enjoy your spicy chicken sandwich," writes one morose former fan on Twitter.
It's unclear how many people actually intend to shun the Georgia-based chain on the basis of its opposition to gay marriage–and what impact a consumer boycott will have on the company's bottom line. So far, students at Indiana University South Bend got the chain booted from campus, according to a post on Change.org, which hosts petitions against the chicken restaurant. (UPDATE: University administrators say Chick-fil-A is only suspended, not permanently banned, from campus, according to The South Bend Tribune.)
The company's anti-gay marriage donations go beyond the alliance in Pennsylvania. The WinShape Foundation, the company's charitable institution, and the Cathy family have donated millions to Christian organizations and causes, including some that campaign against gay marriage, The New York Times writes. A couples retreat operated by WinShape does not accept homosexual couples, according to the blog Good As You.
Other businesses have found themselves the center of controversy for wading into political debates. Target and Best Buy were boycotted this summer after they made donations to a group that backed Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer, who does not support gay rights. Target apologized for the donations.

RE: Young Barbara Bush Backs Gay Marriage
Thank God for the age gap these people live in :jaj:

Young Barbara Bush Backs Gay Marriage
Former President George W. Bush's daughter Barbara is the latest relative of a prominent Republican to support gay marriage.
In May, her mother, Laura Bush, gave this answer to a question about gay marriage: "When couples are committed to each other and love each other, that they ought to have, I think, the same sort of rights that everyone has."
John McCain's daughter, Meghan, supports gay marriage, though her father's against it, and the lesbian daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney supports it too. Gay rights leaders have seized on the generational split as a sign that support for same-sex marriage can come from either party.
Breaking ranks with her father, Barbara Bush taped a short video supporting the push to legalize gay marriage in New York.
"I am Barbara Bush, and I am a New Yorker for marriage equality," the 29-year-old Manhattan resident says in the video on the Human Rights Campaign website. "New York is about fairness and equality. And everyone should have the right to marry the person that they love. Join us."
As president, her father supported a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

A Yale graduate, Barbara Bush has started a global health nonprofit group and rarely speaks on public issues. Friends tell The New York Times she was surrounded by gay students at Yale and in the New York City design world in which she worked. The gay rights group that made the video plans to show it at a party in New York on Saturday.
"No matter what party they belong to, young Americans believe in basic fairness and equality," Brian Ellner, who is overseeing the Human Rights Campaign's bid for same-sex marriage in New York, told the Times.
