    • Have you ever gone to a bodybuilding show?

So much talk about muscle men and bodybuilders, but has anybody ever gone to a bodybuilding competition?

In my case, I still have to go to one. I'm more of a night person and I feel lazy to go to social events when the sun is shining right over your head. But I will try to experience it at least once one day.

      What has been your experience?
Or what has stopped you from going?

    • RE: Upcoming Scenes POWERMEN, MUSCLEHUNKS, JIMMYZ

I thought there was only one owner of these two sites (MuscleHunks and PowerMen), a man who also happens to have a photographic studio and is contantly travelling around the world looking for new men to photograph. He used to sponsor competitions in Argentina and that explains why so many bodybuilders worked with him for his videos, although he sporsored them using his other studio for it: MuscleGallery. Some didn't like him though.

Interesting to read more people share the same natural reaction to this because it is something that is never mentioned.

Some of us simply are more responsive to display of physical strength than others. And it is not necessary to be muscular; the display of physical strength is appealing in itself.

    • RE: Are you ok with steroid enhanced muscle

I don't think I have a firm opinion on this very issue because I am not a bodybuilder nor does my life revolve around the activity even though I have met huge bodybuilders.

I have tolerance for size, but size for me is not everything about the muscular body. I can appreciate an attractive body regardless of how much mass the guy is sporting. I'm completely fine with natural bodybuilders. There are many things about the muscular body that you can read as attractive, sexy, etc.

Now, if I had a bodybuilder boyfriend then I think I would definitely have a problem with steroids.

      @WisteriaDay:

It's a pretty specific topic but I agree with it entirely. In the video you linked, the bearded guy is clearly "showing off" more, and that's certainly a plus in my book. A bodybuilder flexing is always hot, but if he's really committed to it, then it's typically hotter. Another great example are flexing videos where the guy is dripping in sweat by the end of the session, because he flexed so damn long and hard. The concept (and reality) of showing off muscles as being a workout in and of itself is pretty fucking hot.

I was actually struggling with the wording for this thread because I wanted it address the topic in a broad sense.

We usually focus on the idea or the form and this other aspects about muscualrity are rarely (if ever) discussed so it made me interested  knowing if others also read the messages associated with the display of muscularity or if they go totally unnoticed.

I have always found the flexing more appealing when the bodybuilder seems to be flexing as hard as he can to the point his body starts trembling and yet genuinely enjoying it despite the exhaustion. When they do it this way, in my eyes, it enhances this idea of strength and it makes him look more competitive. Some people say the flexing in competitions is comparable to a workout because they are trying to flex as hard as they can in order to outshine the other contestants.

I agree with you on the sweating and that is another aspect related to the flexing and posing. Sweat also suggests the bodybuilder is putting a lot of physical effort into the flexing and that certainly make the exhibition more appealing, apart, of course, from a more aesthetically pleasing image sweat can give.

    • Do you also like it when bodybuiders…?

I was watching this video that I will post below and I wondered if others also find this sexy.

Basically, it is the shaking, quivering or trembling when bodybuilders flex their muscles on stage. They are supposed to be flexing their muscles as hard as they can and, on a subconscious level, I have always found display of physical strength very sexy. If the bodybuilder is genuinely enjoying the hard flexing it adds even more to the whole self-exhibition, it makes him look stronger and more competitive.

I have the impression this usually goes unnoticed so I wonder if others also naturally find it appealing…

It's basically the man with the beard at the beginning of the video. I know there are better videos to exemplify this though.

He's constantly uploading gifs. Apparently, he has gained some popularity with all his body in a short period of time…

He has done porn before, right?

I just mentioned in other thread that I find Nasser El Sonbaty hot. Even when he was not that muscular he was really attractive.

I'll try to download this once I have some free space on my PC.
      Thanks for sharing!

    • RE: Who is the bodybuilder you would love to spend a hot night with?

I know he passed away a few years ago, but I cannot deny that there is something about him that I find really sexy. In my eyes, he had this sexual attractiveness that made him stand out.
From what I have read about him, apparently, he was a womanizer and had great success with women who could not resist his sex appeal. Unfortunately for me, I dont think he could have extended the grace of his attributes to men.  :cry2:

I also read an interview where he criticised homophobic bodybuilding fans.

But yeah, I think he was really hot.

    • Does anybody like AllAmericanGuys videos?

Does anybody like this studio's videos?
The men are not that huge but still they have some interesting muscle mass.

I remember I found it like in 2003 and you had to watch previews using Real Player. It was one of the first studios I discovered along with USAMuscle.

By the way, I requested this AAG video in case someone could share:

Oh, that man. I knew I had seen him before.
I remember it was kind of common to find clips of him on porn video-sharing sites during last decade.

      Thanks for the info.

    • RE: Upcoming Scenes POWERMEN, MUSCLEHUNKS, JIMMYZ

There haven't been updates in a very long time and it will probably be like this for long.

I think the way the studio was exhibiting these men lately wore out and lost the sexually inviting factor.

The concept of MH and PW revolves around the idea of muscles as sexually attractive which is the main factor that attracts most guys who want to watch these videos. The appeal was in that the videos followed a proggression starting with a bodybuilder who, just like a male stripper, presented himself all dressed with a nice smile and, almost as if reading the viewer's mind he began to flex a few muscles and get a little undressed. Flexing and posing are obviously erotic and a bodybuilder can make the most of them to create desire in the viewer. The more fascinating the undressing and the flexing/posing the more desire the viewer feels until he gets to the last part which is jerking off. Most of this inviting progression was lost in recent years and they went straight to the jerk off part.

It's like when you go to see a male stripper: you don't want him to take all his clothes off and show the penis as soon as he gets on stage. The appeal is in him slowly taking his clothes off and dancing in an eroticising way to make people desire to see more and more in a progression. This is exactly what I think the studio lost.

Don't give it all away at once.

I think that if the studio regained this I explained combined with the nice sceneries such as beaches, islands, the gym that were common locations to film and a theme it would make the videos appealing again.

Lovers of sweaty oily bodybuilders start downloading…

Can you post the link to it?

It's been a very long time without any USAM- videos. I'll check it out.

      Thanks for sharing.
