You may want to consider the time when the download was initiated to completion considering that I began when it was free.

As compared to what site that operates freeleech in the way you want it to be operated? None of them do it that way.
I start a freeleech download, I don't want or need it to expire one hour or minute before I was helping.
Then pay attention to when freeleech ends before you download something.

Seems like your problem if you can't manage your own torrent usage. I've never, ever had a ratio problem here, even from before I had my seedbox.
