Thanks for the help and especially MrMazda for explaining that for me. I knew it 25 years ago, but have forgotten it. I do use Chrome's free VPN and sign in from the US. 😉
By the way MrMazda I drove a Miata for 13 years and had 237K miles on it before I gave it away when I moved to Costa Rica. I babied it and still got almost 30 mpg on the highway. And it handled so well in Montana and the Dakotas at 120 mph.
