So I noticed the same thing. I sent a message and they responded with the same answer. So I've left my computer on for 3 days straight, no stop in Uttorrent and the same torrents loaded.
July 1: UL 53.89 DL 23.20 Ratio: 2.322 Utorrent: UL 7.3 GB
July 2: UL 54.16 DL 23.20 Ratio: 2.334 Utorrent: UL 6.2 GB
July 3: UL 54.42 DL 23.20 Ratio: 2.345 Utorrent: UL 5.3 GB
July 4: UL 54.48 DL 23.20 Ratio: 2.348 Utorrent: UL 4.1 GB
So I've uploaded about 23 GB and my Ratio has gone up 0.26 in 4 days…..
