Okay, after trying other torrent downloads, it seems my client stalls out on all of them, this is a sad moment

Hi, I just tried to download a torrent this link and when I open up the torrent file in my client, I cannot seem to find any seeders.
I'm stuck at 0% download. I'm using qBit v4.4.0 and force reannounce doesn't even work. I have tried restarting my client, and redownloading the file from GT. Any suggestions?

So hypothetically, if one of my torrents was to be reported for DMCA, after giving the title and description very obvious red flags for DMCA to find, would I want to reupload and be less conspicuous about it next time? Totally not considering it for the ratio and the proximity to power user status as I'm close to the upload requirement...
