-  être membre sur le site pour au moins quatre semaines.
  -  disposer d'un chargement de plus de 40 Go.
  -  avoir atteint un ratio d'au moins 1,05.

The reason you cannot edit a torrent, is because more than seven days have passed since you've uploaded it.
You can only edit a file within the first week of the upload.
I hope this clarifies things for you.
