I've never had a ratio problem as I don't delete downloads unless I run out of memory. Over the last year or so, I've had to continually "donate" money in order to continue to download. My last "donation" was $250.00 and figured I would be able to restore & maintain my ratio, and even when I stopped downloading my ratio still diminished from 814 to 807. I've "donated" way too much money this year and wonder what I'm missing, especially when I've not deleted anything in order to supposedly maintain my ratio. Any insights/suggestions?

I have been using Utorrent Pro for about 3 years, but have been increasingly getting "not responding" when trying to download, and seems to take much longer as it goes down a couple times a minute sometimes.  Is there a better program to use?
