You will need a downloader like Tubedigger which is what I use, and yes you have to pay for it, but its worth it, been using it for years, works everywhere. It will download a separate video and audio file. You will then need to "mux" them together, and I use a free program called "Clever FFmpeg" for muxing. Works like a charm and only takes minutes

I honestly just sleep more comfortable without any clothes pulling on me or getting bunched up in the wrong place. Everytime I try to sleep with something on it seems to get twisted up in my ass crack or down around my balls. It's just really annoying and I sleep much better and more comfortable in the nude. ;D
Not really sure if there are any medical health benefits other than just being more comfortable and getting a really good nights sleep.
