I will try those things you posted Cumsucking as I wasn't doing that, but I think my ISP has something to do with this a well. When I woke up this morning I received a notice that I was flagged for infringement. They were monitoring my download and uploads and stated that I shared a file that I shouldn't have. They cut my service off for a moment until I agreed not to do it again.

The only site I can seed on is thepiratebay and that only lasted about 5 minutes. It stopped after that. I can't seed on any other torrent site. Weird

It's not doing anything. I had 3 torrents to seed and I left them on overnight…nothing happened. Not even 1MB seeded

I tried to do that, but it still doesn't let me upload anything. I guess my account is disabled for good unless I donate.

I did not get an error, but nothing happens. IDK how to fix this

What do you mean by you "can't seed"?
Is your upload speed nonexistent? Check the torrents you have downloaded, there might be too much seeders, and too little leechers.

Hmm, you could check the Rationator page for tips.
There, you could find info about freeleches, and the site's First Time Uploader Program (FTUP).

By "can't" I mean that the torrents that I downloaded never upload once finished. I left one running overnight and it never seeded anything. My upload speed is 20 MBps which is why I'm not understanding why my downloads never seed. I'll check the links you posted.

I'm having an issue here. After I download a file I cannot seed. The file doesn't upload at all and after leaving the torrent clien open it never seeds. Can someone tell me what I can do so I can fix my ratio?

OS: Windows 7 Pro (at the moment)
Client: uTorrent 3.4.9
200mb download/20mb upload internet service

Internet Download Manager will work as well. Sadly it's not free either.
