whenever i visit an unfamiliar site, I always check the 18 U.S. Code § 2257 statement section first. however, i came across a confusing passage and I'm lost. It might be a language barrier thing, but I’m struggling to understand the highlighted part. does it mean illegal stuff may appear? should i just take only the first part into consideration? can someone explain it to me like i'm five? it's from hotoldermale (there's others like this too):
"Compliance Statement:
All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
All other pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media contained in this production are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, or any amendments thereto, and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual media do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C Section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
The records required by Title 18, Section 2257 of the United States Code are kept at the office of the producer at the following location.."
