I uploaded a torrent, and had to restart deluge and when I reopened had a bunch of errored out torrents so I had to recheck them all. Now my torrent is marked as dead (it went back to seeding pretty quickly). Whats the deal?

Download button not working on Chrome 54.0.2840.99
I don't log in often so I won't keep up with this thread, but currently unable to download on Chrome 54.0.2840.99 with all extensions that might affect it disabled. The download button just doesn't respond, clicks but does nothing.
The issue doesn't happen in other browsers, specifically IE 11.447
If unable to reproduce ignore this, probably on my end
