Uploaded and seeded torrents are not being registered?
-
It took me a day but I just realised that the vid I uploaded was 2.57GB and Transmission is telling me that I seeded 2.93GB but for some reason only 1.55GB is registering on the site. I looked at the tracker and realised it was reporting a Scrape Error: HTTP 404 error of some sort. As of three minutes ago, it has been reporting Scrape Error: Could not connect to tracker. The tracker is http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710. Is there some way to fix this or to prevent it from happening in future as I don't know what happened?

Looks like it's back to Scrape Error: Tracker gave HTTP response code 404 (not found)

That is the wrong tracker announce URL. The right tracker announce URL got this structure:
http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/here-your-passkey/announce
Where "here-your-passkey" is your personal secrete passkey, a long series of numbers and letters. You get a .torrent file including that passkey by the "Download" button on the torrent's description page.
You find the right tracker announce URL as well in your Profile (click on your name in "Welcome back, …" to go there). However copy/pasting that tracker announce URL into the torrent's properties will only work if you set it to "Private" tracker at creation. I've some doubts on that.
Finally, the "scrape not supported" error message from the tracker will appear on all torrents which are stopped or queued up, because our tracker got scrape support switched off. A torrent needs to be "Seeding" or "Downloading" (not queued) to get peers information from the tracker.
You might want as well check if your torrent hasn't got two trackers, one with and another without the passkey.
Your passkey is strictly personal and secrete, so don't post it anywhere. This includes pictures showing it.

Is the secret passkey the same for all torrents that have been downloaded by one user? If so, I can't find the passkey in the .torrent file - could you please explain in more detail where I can find it? Thank you

Yes, it is the same for all torrents.
A .torrent file is not to be opened by a text editor, but a torrent client. If you load a torrent into transmission, you should see the tracker announce URL having your passkey in the previously mentioned location.
So as said upon, you should load the .torrent file which you've downloaded from the torrent's description page with the "Download" button into your transmission.
Or you find the right tracker announce URL with your passkey as well in your Profile. Click on your name in "Welcome back, …" to go there, it is one of the items rather at the top.
Remember copy/pasting that tracker announce URL into the torrent's properties will only work if you set it to "Private" tracker at creation. I've some doubts on that. The .torrent file you download from the description page is the right for sure.

I downloaded two different torrents but the tracker announce URL is still http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710 and there is still a scrape error but I can leech and seed. When I went to my profile page and took the passkey from there and then tried to create a new tracker, Transmission automatically changed the announce url from the original url (which contained the passkey) back to http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710 or http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710 .
