Torrent Has No Active peers. Please Help.

I've been trying to download this torrent: Latst Thugbait Episodes 100-114 https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=8e91539b7a04719282e44d156c7efdd2dd0f1f24e1911b48 for three days now and it's not working on any bittorrent client I use (Vuse, Bittorrent). I did some comparisons on Vuse with another torrent I was able to download and similar to the one I'm trying to download (Thugbait Episodes 89-99), and here are some findings.
Latest Thubait Episodes 100-114 was created in 2011 with Utorrent/2200. It has 3 peers in the swarm (none connected) and is about 900MB in size. Will Not Download.
Thugbait Episodes 89-99 was created in 2010 with QuickTorrentMaker V1.3. It has 2 peers in the swarm (1 connected from Brazil) and is about 700MB in size. Downloaded successfully with avg 45kb/s.
I'm not an expert with regards to torrents but I think the reason the first torrent won't download is because there are no active seeders. In the Last one (the one I did download) I was able to connect to a peer from Brazil (thank you Brazil!). I don't know if the mods can somehow help me get this torrent to work by seeding it or something I'm too dumb to understand, but if you do I would very much appreciate it.
Thank you for listening.
P.S. I use Windows Vista Home Basic. And Im not trying to download the whole 900MB file but one file in particular (Earl episode 107) and it's about 74MB.

The three seeder seem to be connectible, but our tracker didn't see you as a downloading peer when I've looked.
You are sure the torrent isn't queued downloading only in your Vuze or BitTorrent? If it is queued up, force it's start. In vuze yu need to use at least the Intermediate user mode to have that option available.
Anyway I've promoted that torrent, so it should have soon much more seeds.

Thank you. Whatever you did the Torrent now has 15 peers and 5 is connected currently. However, the download speed is erratic, jumping from 45kbps to 0 and it remains at 0 for over 30 mins before it jumps to 45-78kbps for like 30 seconds and then it drops to 0 again. The file I want to download is only 75MB. It took me 2 hours to get 24 MB of that and it has about 51 MB to go. I don't know if I will be able to download the file because the speed is still 0 but I'll leave it for a few hours and hopefully by morning It'll be complete. If not, then I give up.
I'm so done with torrents after this. It's so frustrating. But thanks anyway.

You should run a test if your Vuze and BitTorrent are connectible.
In BitTorrent, it is the "Network" test in the "Setup Guide"
BitTorrent > Options > Setup Guide > check the "Network" box and run the test. The result should be a green check sign.
If it is yellow/orange or worse a red cross, something is wrong with your setup or the network between you and the other peers.
Vuze got as well an test tool, but I don't remember right know what is the path to it. ???
