Easy inscription on the site, just like on any forum with just the e-mail to confirm. No need to verify identity if low exchange volume.

Getting the Euro funds sent being credited there took quite long (likely because it was over the weekend)

Fast transfer of BTC to "my" donator address shown on GayTorrent.ru
Remark: If you are not in the SEPA, forget this site. The fees to send or withdraw Euro funds become prohibitive with 29.95 Euros.
