are Redeem points unavaiable?

I tried redeem my points for uploaded and its not working. Is it right? This function was descontinued?

as mention available points will be highlighted in blue if you have enough points to trade ...If you have over 100 points and nothing is highlighted then write to helpdesk, it might be a gliche @ your end ...
