Unsolved Who are these guys kissing?

Does anyone know who these guys are or what movie it might be from?

Someone elsewhere posted that these two are Martin Sandor and Marko Pacyna on the same set used in another scene that happens to be in Falcon's Hungarian Graffiti. I can't pin down the movie at all. Another poster speculated that they didn't even do a video but only did these stills. That's hard to accept so we'll keep looking.
