Solved Who are the actors or what movies?

Hello,
This was found on a compilation dvd. The last actor is in a different scene, not sure if it is the same original movie.
Studio for the compilation is "barracuda" but I cannot find any indication of the original studios when the content was released.
Would appreciate any info if anyone knows something to help.

To any silent readers interested, the movie for the first scene is called "Asphalt Cowboy", the actors are Jeff Hunter, Brian Strong, and Steven Dale.
