That means it has been removed from the tracker. There are many possible reasons for that.

Yeah, here's what my uTorrent is saying for all torrents I try to seed or download. Are the issues still being resolved?

Getting the same utorrent error on a torrent I've had active for a few days and one I just tried uploading myself. Keep seeing the red bar in torrent and "No Connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused It" for this sites tracker, though other files are fine from other sites.

I know this kind of thing has been happening a lot recently, but it usually gets resolved quickly. Hope everything is OK with the site guys.
