To Seed or Not To Seed That Is The ?

When is a good time to STOP seeding a torrent. I have many files that I am the only seeder and others have thanked me for seeding it. Then others will lay virtually untouched however I know the game but my question remains as soon as its removes it becomes "wanted" when is a good time to remove from your hard drive.
