Hi, just started happening recently, but I'm not able to connect to any seeds or peers when trying to download torrents. This is limited to torrents from this tracker (others are working). I'm using a Mac and qBittorrent, as well as Nord VPN (but it's not working when I turn the VPN off either). Any troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!Screenshot 2024-12-22 at 6.22.09 PM.png

@defaultuser8 that screenshot dont have any useful info, it only confirms what you already said in the title, that it's not downloading. To try to understand why, you must provide a screenshot of the tracker status:

Don't forget to hide your passkey, like this:

@ianfontinell-0 that was super helpful, thank you!!

Turns out, it says it says "too many torrents, your current limit is 8 at the same time".

But even if I pause all of them except a few (and restart qBittorrent), it still won't download. I checked the detail of the 8 downloads that are being logged, and all of them have already completed downloading. Any advice?

@defaultuser8 the client says you are seeding the torrents, but for the tracker you are still leeching, because you have not downloaded all files.

The trick is, if you don't select all files from a torrent, when you finish downloading the files you want, you must pause the torrent. If you keep it running, it will stay consuming one download slot forever.

Once you pause the torrents, it can take several minutes for them to disappear from the leeching list, so you just have to wait.

I too am having a similar issue. I have removed all the previous torrents except for the more recent ones. All partial torrents have been paused. And I would love to provide a screenshot of the tracker status, but I have no idea where to get it. Can you help?

@thevofl Nevermind. It's fixed. I have no idea what I did to correct the situation. Things are just working once again.
