What is up with this video???

This video (https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=b62de8b4067b457731aab4170a5875fb97462877641dcea6) has been bobbing around like an unflushable turd for the last few months, not just on here but also on gay-torrents.net and gay-area.org.
It gets uploaded to these sites over and over again, and seems to keep getting removed for one reason or another, so what's going on? Is it getting removed for breaking rules, and if so why is it showing up over and over again?

Ten points for a very apt simile! The situation does seem odd: While the video doesn't look at all interesting to me, it wouldn't seem to violate any rules, and it doesn't appear to have been released through professional channels that would raise a DMCA issue.
(Going slightly off-topic, I don't see the appeal in sucking a dildo unless one is practicing for the real act...but at least a dildo with a large base is safer that using a banana: A friend of mine is an emergency department physician, and over the years he has removed several bananas that broke apart while a person was "practicing" oral sex. He would recommend to the patients afterwards that they use a proper dildo, or if too embarrassed to buy one, try a cucumber.)

... and it's been removed again. I did look at the video itself, and while it's short and rather boring, I find myself still confused about the behaviour. If it's not against site rules (here or elsewhere!) why is it constantly removed, but if it is against site rules then why does it keep getting reposted. Surely if that's the case then you wouldn't expect the uploader to still be here.

My mistake! It hasn't gone, but the other one of the same guy that was uploaded at the same time has.

Is this just a case of someone trying to game the system by deleting their own torrent and then uploading it again to bump it?

@frostycab If it's deleted for cause, and then re-uploaded by the same person, I would think their upload privileges would be suspended.
Perhaps it could be put in a new "comedy" category: The guy seems to be sitting on a bidet, which is an unusual posturing. Come to think of it, I don't recall seeing bidets in other films or clips on here, despite many of them originating in Europe.

I did some digging and found out that the torrent was deleted by the uploader, only to be uploaded again a few hours later. I have taken corrective measures in this matter.

@MrMazda Thank you for investigating and taking steps. So it appears that this was just an attempt to keep bumping the upload to the front page? Damned odd, because with such a small file the amount of upload credit to be gained can hardly be worth it.

@john32123666 I've done the next best thing... I have yanked their upload rights.... AGAIN. This time, I'm not going to go back on it because this is not this user's first time doing this.
