Hi, I have a ratio of 3.33, it should be 3.5, so I am banned from downloading. I always keep the torrents from this tracker seeding after downloading them, I never stop them, right now I am seeding 21 torrents, (I am still seeding also others that have turned red on Utorrent, I don't know what that means). But nobody leeches from me. I have been at 3.33 for a week, I think. I don't want to spend my seed bonus points until I reach 600 points to get the best points/upload ratio. I don't want to upload a new torrent, too difficoult for me. So I'm stuck being banned. I think this system needs some reform.

Well, I think that the system servers its purpose

If you are seeding files that nobody is requesting, then you can never reach your ratio. My advice is to upload new torrents. I'm sure you can search your hard drive for new films that are not in GT and upload them. That will give you bonus points from people and also you will upload a lot of data.

In GT it is important that you don't get a very low ratio, it is hard to get it back again. Also take into account that the ratio lowers as you download, so in the future your ratio has to be even lower. You have all the information in the forums

I don't really care that much. There are other trackers out there, you know. Somewhere else, where there is no minimum ratio at all, I have a ratio of 0.6 and I usually seed for much a shorter time. Why is that? there are much more leechers there. Trackers with too strict rules and too small userbase are destined to die.

Your current ratio is 0.331 and your minimum allowed ratio is 0.350. It's not a big difference and you should be able to cover it quite easily.
Since your download rights have been temporarily revoked, that leaves you with three options:
a) Wait. There may soon be users that will decide to download the torrents you are seeding. On the other hand, this may not happen soon enough. So, I don't recommend that option.
b) You have 319 seedbonus points. You can exchange some of them to add 1 GB or even 2.5 GB to your upload, thus reaching and surpassing your minimum allowed ratio.
c) Upload a new torrent. It's relatively easy if you use the Quick Torrent Maker. Currently you can't download it, so I hope you already have it. If you don't, you can still create a torrent file with your bittorent client. Read the Upload Guide:

Personally I think you should seriously consider options b and c.

You should do good upload in about 30 minitues from now. If not, check your µTorrent's connectivity:

µTorrent > Options > Setup Guide … > select the "Network" box and run the test. The result should be green, not orange.
