The Wrong One

A man had a terrible accident off I-95 in Florida near Jacksonville, Florida. His attending doctor in the ER told the staff to ready the operating room as this man needed his right leg amputated right away. Somewhere along the way, someone marked his left leg as the one to be amputated which was swiftly removed and when he awoke and told them of the error, they put him back under and took his right leg too. The man was so pissed he tried to sue the hospital, but the judge said, "He didn't have a leg to stand on."
