What happend to the category music? It would be a shame if it was deleted and not come back. Many people downloaded music i uploaded and from others as well.

Montinero - would you instead like for us to have them send copyright infringement notifications directly to your personal e-mail, so you so you can deal with them and defend against a lawsuit and prison time? We'd prefer to avoid it too. Just remember what type of situation all torrent sites face and be mindful of administrative decisions that sometimes have to be made to keep the site alive.

If the music upload is problem then all movies uploding here is biggest problem…many studis movies can not upload here...(Titan,Catalina etc)

For the classical music orphans I think there are anyway interesting royalities free initiatives in the internet.
For instance sites offering old records remounting to 50 years ago or more. Sometimes even less in case of releases under creative commons not commercial licences. For all the old nostalgic melomaniacs who still remember the good ol' vinyls some of these records have even preserved those so romantic scratch noises
and stand anyway for an unbeatable opportunity of double historical check.A first interesting site from Italy can be found here:

I'd ask to the moderation the permission to duplicate this post in the music forum with a title like "Freeware classical music" or stuff. Every member could then have there the possibility to share infos about sites of this kind ^-^

The music category is gone and won't be put back. We were fully aware this would generate complaints, but this decision had to be done, and be done quickly, to higher the chances of this site's survival.
If you hadn't noticed, the torrent world is undergoing through some serious earthquakes these times. We are forced to choose between having the site with greater restrictions on the content, or having no site at all. What would be your choice?
